Honoree | ILS – Industrial Listing Services, Inc.

ILS,  Industrial Listing Service is a company which provides updates on the commercial real estate market has been selected as a Hispanic Lifestyle 2018 Survived and Thrived Business Honoree.  ILS along with their follow honorees will participate in Hispanic Lifestyle’s BizCon 2018 taking place on June 7, 2018 at the Ontario Airport Hotel and Conference Center.

ILS provides online property updates to the commercial real estate market; it was established in 1990 by Frank Smith, an icon of the industry, who passed away. The second owner was William Velazquez who then transitioned ILS to Rose Arevalo. The property updates were initially assembled into large printed directories and distributed in-person to clients. As technology advanced, ILS updates transitioned to personalized online delivery. ILS publishes data that helps industrial property buyers, sellers, lenders and other alliance service providers. ILS can be accessed at www.ilssc.com and www.AvailableNow.com

Rose Arevalo and ILS should be recognized because it has stood the test of time, it has evolved and integrated technology to better serve its client base, it is a valuable service that helps the commercial real estate market, and it has survived several economic downturns (the savings & loan crisis, Y2K, and the 2008 recession); however, despite the setbacks, property updates are delivered to clients without disruption. Rose leads this organization and the ILS branding footprint continues to expand, in large part because of great client customer service and reviews.

In addition, Rose Arevalo has dedicated countless hours of mentoring and leadership as the former Association of Latino Professional of America (ALPFA), Orange County Chapter President. ALPFA, Inc. is the largest Latino association for professionals and students in the U.S. with over 45 professional and 160 student chapters nationwide. As President of ALPFA Orange County, she led a team of passionate and driven Board of Directors in the Greater Orange County community with the mission to empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation, in every sector of the global economy. She continues to volunteer on the Corporate Advisory Board of ALPFA OC.
