Mr. Ramos has over 25 years of experience in conducting workplace investigations and providing consulting and employee training to over 1200 clients nationwide since 2002, incorporated in 2011.

Mr. Ramos has worked as a senior executive investigator, instructor, and consultant, as well as having served on the Board of Directors for the American Society for Industrial Security and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Ramos has performed several thousand workplace related investigations over the last 25 years, many resulting in successful criminal and/or civil actions. As a frequent speaker on workplace security and investigations at seminars and conventions, he has been a security executive, instructor, and consultant. He is currently a managing partner and senior executive investigator with Diversified Risk Management, Inc., assigned to the corporate investigations, training and employment background screening divisions. Mr. Ramos has also worked with city, state and federal law enforcement agencies in many jurisdictions throughout the U.S. Mr. Ramos is an accomplished expert interviewer with a percentage rate of 98% for obtaining admissions (confessions) and solving cases. He is also the president and Minority Business owner of EmployersChoiceOnlince.com, a full-service nationwide employment background screening company with special emphasis on conducting searches in over 120 countries and providing employers with real-time results. He is also president of Compliance Training Group, a national training and education company specializing violence in the workplace prevention, sexual harassment awareness training, substance abuse awareness training, conflict resolution and diversity training with a special emphasis on training employees and executives. He was also employed as senior investigations executive for three major security and investigation firms. His experience includes serving major clients in government, commerce, and industry, in the following areas; the identification of organized crime, substance abuse, dishonesty, sexual harassment, theft, and fraud, including the review and analysis of security and investigative issues.

In 2002 Employers Choice Online (ECO) was founded by entrepreneur George Ramos in La Verne, CA. Since its inception, Employers Choice Online, Inc. (and its training division, Compliance Training Group) [CTG] has embraced new technologies, and has implemented numerous practices that have enabled Employers Choice Online to successfully respond to client demands and remain competitive in today’s marketplace. While the industry is projected to grow at a 2% annual rate, ECO will show revenue increases of 38.11%, 3.23%, 17.40% & 30.00%, in 2015-2018, respectively. Net income is approximately 10% per year. ECO will continue to leverage the success it has through existing business, along with exploring new relationships for both 8a and non-8a clients, in order to meet our growth plan with the goal of benefiting clients, employees, and the firm itself. In 2016, we continue to grow and thrive as a minority-owned small business. We have begun soliciting our services through RFP bids and responses in the hope of landing our first government contracting opportunity.
