It’s that time year when our friends at Disneyland resorts invited us to check out their latest attractions. Princesses and a very special magic map were making their debut at the park.
Hispanic Lifestyle spoke with Disneyland representative Christine and a special guest in the new area titled Fantasy Faire.
Rapunzel spoke about the live show featuring her story.
The Magical Map
Next we went over to Fantasyland Theatre to experience the all new live show designed by Disney Creative Entertainment titled “Mickey and the Magical Map.”
We spoke with Kevin Eld who leads the team that creates the company’s large scale productions. He shared his thoughts about the show that had just made its debut.
I asked if he thought there might be changes to the production and the cast’ reaction to the live audience.
Kevin went on to talk about combining live action with digital media.
Because the show is performed in a spacious outdoor theatre, I asked about the look feel of the production night vs day?
Our friend Eddy Collins with the assistance of a very special guest gave Hispanic Lifestyle a play by play outline of the new production.
A conversation with Radio Personality DJ LAZ
We asked DJ Laz if he would talk about his career and personal ambitions.
Our conversation turned to talking about the qualities that make entertainers successful.
We discussed the challenges of being relevant in both the Los Angeles and Miami radio markets.
DJ Laz finished up our conversation by talking about his passion to serve his craft and community.
On the Menu with Domaine Chandon
Chole Tyler spoke about the wineries location and the surrounding area.
We then head over to their award winning restaurant étoile were we dined on Pan Roasted Arctic Char, Dungeness Crab Salad, Quail Eggs and Caviar and Seared Dayboat Scallops.
Before we finished our meal, Pastry Chef Francisco Enriquez or “Pancho” as he referred to by his colleagues, spoke about the restaurant and his passion for preparing world class dessert.
A thirty four year veteran of the restaurant, Chef Francisco spoke about his mentor and passing along knowledge.
Although Francisco said he loved all the desserts he creates, he did provide details on one of his signature items, Caramelized Pear Mille-Feuille.
We finished up our day at Domaine Chandon with a little wine tasting.
