Together they inspire a dedicated team of talented individuals who demonstrate the virtues of Commitment, Integrity and Loyalty in all the work they perform, the same virtues that Anna possesses in her personal life, she instills and practices in business. Throughout her career, whether in the community or corporate America she has always had a deep rooted passion for helping others and plays an active role in creating positive transformation in the communities where she lives and works.
Awarded a small business weatherization contract through the Gas Company, ACS Group is most proud of having the opportunity, for the past 5 years, to employ an additional 40 individuals who are trained to perform energy efficient measures on thousands of residents in the surrounding communities. Three of Anna’s adult children are an integral part of ACS GROUP and assist in the management of the contract.

Anna mentors other Latina business owners by helping them build and flourish their businesses based on a solid foundation of hard work, good practices and a network of resources.
Her professional career spans over 3 decades performing in very diverse rolls. For 6 years she taught Pre School, Kindergarten and First Grade. She was then sought out by the Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA to develop Child Care Programs which led her to being selected as the first Latina in California to become an executive of a YCMA.
