This is one of Hispanic Lifestyle’s favorite events of the year.  Rods and Rails will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2013 9 am – 5 pm Orange Empire Railway Museum This family oriented event will offer some fun for everyone. General admission and parking is free!

The annual festival, which is held at the Orange Empire Railway Museum, has grown enormously in recent years and has become one of the City’s signature events. See the flyer with the event schedule…

“Our Rods & Rails festival is one of the highlights of the year for Perris,” said Mayor Daryl Busch. “It’s an event that we all look forward to and one that has grown exponentially in recent years. We want to keep that growth going by getting more participation from vendors and people who want to show off their products and their vehicles.”

Family-Friendly Events & Entertainment

The park like atmosphere of the 79-acre Orange Empire Railway musuem has abundant shade, unique antique trains, trolley and cable cars. Event activities include a classic car and motorcycle show, vendor/exhibitors and children’s activities. See the Old Town Temecula Gun fighters in action and don’t be surprised if the train gets held up!

The Perris Valley Historical Association & Museum Potato Festival activities will include face painting, potato dolls, free pony rides, and panning for gold. Does your child have talent? Consider entering the Youth Talent Show.
Does your child have a special bicycle? Consider entering the Youth Bicycle show.

Shopping & Festival Foods
