Rose Elena Sauceda understands what it takes to run a successful business. She founded and managed her own business after a twenty-five year career in Banking and Financial Services. What drives her beyond success is the opportunity to give back to her community.
During her successful twenty-five-year career in Banking and Financial Services, Sauceda has held several positions: Business Banking, Retail Corporate Banking, and the Marketing Department for Bank of America, New York Life and Comerica Bank. Currently she is Business Development Manager for Capital Direct Funding, Hardy Insurance Risk Management, VELAH Group and is able to help and guide her business owners alternative lending products and helping business owners with their commercial liability insurance and works closely with a CPA/Business Consultants to guide them with accounting principles and best practices to help them understand how to grow their business to the next level.
Currently she is a CEO of Elena Rose & Company a Business/Management consulting firm where Sauceda utilizes her expertise in business development in the community with her corporate and banking background in financing. She success working with business owners and offers financial advice on working capital, cash flow and growing their business to the next level. Her specialty is advising new businesses on structural set-up such as a Sole Propitiator, LLC and Corporation approaches, and provides financial services if needed and help guide them on obtaining commercial real estate property. She developing a foundation and builds on the solid client relationships is her priority and passion to her success. She is well connecting with CPA, Business Bankers, Insurance Brokers and Realtors to build her team of experts in their field. She also is a great Fundraiser and Business Development Officer she enjoys and works with local non-profit organization to connect and develop relationship with Corporate Sponsors to increase revenue and develop programs, workshops and events to grow their non-profit organization.
This experience led her to non-profit organizations where she puts her expertise to use. In 2014, Sauceda received the prestigious Lincoln Motor Company Latino Leadership Award for her community advocacy and making positive change through her community and help business grow to the next level of success. Currently serving as President, for National Latina Business Women Association Los Angeles, she practices its mission, which is to encourage Latinas to develop their businesses and develop their professional leadership skill through strategic planning and executing to make a difference in the community. She also serves as Board of Director/Treasurer for Plaza de La Raza Culture Center for the Performing Arts & Education in East Los Angeles, she is passionate about empowering all Latino Leaders and children.
A native of Southern California, Sauceda resides in Covina, although she enjoys traveling the world. Her favorite highlights to date include China, Canada, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica. She speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys spending time with family and friends and building strong relationships and mentoring young leaders is her passion and Legacy.
