ABOUT Her Company STAY LIMITLESS
Stay Limitless coaching services help Chingona Latina women to clear old blocks and traumas that hold them back from feeling joy.

We do this by identifying and removing old patterns & identifying your challenges in managing life transitions while teaching you specific strategies and tools that will aid you in clearing what you are ready to let go, while building self-love and self-trust.

Unlike other coaching that is generic or focuses on vague and esoteric concepts, my coaching is specific to the experiences and needs of women of color and is focused on keeping conversations 100% real and doing the deep work that can be uncomfortable and sometimes scary, but necessary to move clients towards feeling empowered to live their lives authentically.

In her early career she coached a girls water polo team, made of young Latina women from Boyle Heights and South Los Angeles, and most of whom she mentored through college and are now professionals serving their communities.

Today her company Stay Limitless has a large focus on the healing, empowerment, and achievement of Latina women – through individual coaching, workshops, and retreats Liz is working to ensure Latinas have the skills and tools to continually up-level their lives and achieve the things they once thought possible.

Additionally, she mentors a group of millennial, first generation college students and professionals who are using her expertise to navigate the collegial and corporate landscape, as well as mentoring a couple of Latina women who are just starting out building their businesses.
