Ms. Juarez along with our entire list of 2019 Latinas of Influence are invited to participate in Latina Conference 2019 taking place April 10 and 11, 2019 in Ontario, California.
A 27-year veteran, Alice Juarez is region bank president for Wells Fargo’s Foothill Valley region. In this role, she oversees nearly 1,220 community banking team members across 74 branches in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties.
During her tenure at Wells Fargo, Alice has held several senior community banking positions, including service manager, branch manager, district manager and area president. She started as a teller at the Los Angeles Main branch.
A proven Wells Fargo leader with expertise in working with multiple segments, including high-value customers and in leading teams to higher performance, she has been the recipient of numerous awards recognizing her extensive leadership efforts within the company. In addition, she was instrumental in the development and leadership of Central California region’s Diversity Council (as well as its subsequent expansion to Northern California) whose efforts embrace and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of business.
Alice is a Los Angeles native. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Phoenix and graduated with honors from Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington in Seattle.
An active member in her community, Alice previously served on the boards of the Bakersfield Homeless Center and Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce. She recently relocated to Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., and is excited to get immersed in her new community.
