Hispanic Lifestyle spoke with broadcast journalist Sibila Vargas at the 2013 Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) Latina Action Day. Sibila spoke about  with HLTV about her career in broadcasting, Latina news anchors and the advice she gives fellow Latinas.  Ms. Vargas is a former news anchor in the morning and 11 a.m.editions of “CBS 2 News” for KCBS-TV in Los Angeles.

Sibila is now a news anchor for Noon and 6 p.m. editions on WNBC-TV in New York City.
