The largest Latina pageant in the state returned to Pasadena Thanksgiving weekend as 58 contestants vied for the title of Miss California Latina and Miss Teen California Latina at the Westin Hotel in Pasadena. In its’ sixth year, Miss California Latina has grown into the largest competition in the state for women of Latin decent.

The new 2013-2014 contestant winners will set forward on a journey to serve the Latin community across California. Miss California Latina is a preliminary to the national Miss U.S. Latina, the most prestigious and well known pageant system in the world for U.S. Latinas, as well as the longest-running, since 1983. Winner of the Miss U.S. Latina goes on to compete in the worldwide competition of Miss America Latina del Mundo event.
