Hispanic Lifestyle’s night at the 2012 ALMA AWARDS

The winners of the 2012 NCLR ALMA Awards® were announced tonight at a star-studded celebration airing Friday, September 21 (8-9 p.m. ET) on NBC.  Christina Aguilera received a special achievement award for her incredible career and her work in philanthropy.

Eva Longoria and George Lopez co-hosted the one-hour special, which included presenters Jake Gyllenhaal, Nicole Richie, Robert Rodriguez, Zoe Saldana, Ryan Lochte and America Ferrera, along with Andy Garcia, Natalie Morales and Wilmer Valderrama.  Also on hand to celebrate the achievements of top Latino performers were Ana Ortiz, Dania Ramirez, Edy Ganem, , Judy Reyes, Michael Pena, Rafael Amaya, Rodrigo Santoro and Taboo.
