Joseph J. Salas is a Senior Business Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank. He has been in the banking industry for nearly 13 years with over 9 years in business banking. As a Business Banker, Joseph assists businesses in analyzing their current banking situation and making sound recommendations for enhancements based on their needs and financial goals. He prides himself with being customer focused and establishing lifelong relationships.
Joseph received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University. Shortly afterwards he received his MBA from Regis University. Joseph continues his education and training as he completed Wells Fargo’s Relationship Management Institute and completed the College of Commercial Credit. He is also a graduate of the Latino’s Leaders Program.
Joseph is active in his community. He is on the advisory board for the Small Business Development Center, which assists local businesses with an array of business services. Was a participant in events with his local troop with the Boys Scouts of America. He has participated in Goodwill Industries’ mentoring program through LISTO, which provides mock interviews and personal mentoring to high risk students in high school, Habitat for Humanity assisting elderly families with home improvement projects, and Rebuilding Together helping provide a home for families who are in need.
