Dominique Hernandez, Manager Film Marketing AMC Theatres and the President of the Young Latino Professionals of Greater Kansas City (YLP)
Ms.Hernandez currently works as a film marketing manager for AMC Theatres at the theatre support center in Leawood, KS. In 2008, she graduated from the University of Kansas where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in journalism with an emphasis in strategic communication and a Bachelor of Art in psychology. Young Latino Professionals is committed to providing opportunities for young professionals to promote development, networking, and civic opportunities throughout the Greater Kansas City area.
Ramona H Farris Director, Business Development- WellMatch
Ramona Farris has been in the health insurance industry for 18 years. Currently she is the Director of Business Development for WellMatch Health, an Aetna company. She has held this position since January 2014 and is responsible for sales to Fortune 500 companies throughout the Midwest and West Regions. Ramona received both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Executive MBA from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS.
CiCi Rojas, President and CEO of the Central Exchange
Named President and CEO of the Central Exchange in February 2013, Ms. Rojas in her role provides vision, voice, and operational oversight for the 1000 plus members representing a cross-section of women and men from throughout the Kansas City area. Members include managers and executives, business owners, non-profit and civic leaders, and community volunteers. With more than 500 programs annually, the CX offers a wide variety of personal, professional, business development and networking opportunities at both the Downtown Kansas City, and Overland Park, Kansas locations.
